Whether you simply want to pick up dinner for the family after a long day, provide a pre-cooked meal for a small party, or plan a more elaborate large-scale event, we are ready to help!

Any items on our existing deli menu can be ordered for take-out, day-of.

You can also choose an assortment from our small-scale Genny Classics Catering Menu (detailed below) to be picked up at the store.  Due to the high volume of catering requests we ask that you give us 3 days advance notice for this type of order.  This is sometimes flexible, but we appreciate as much lead-time as possible.

For larger events such as weddings, cocktail parties, etc., we offer buffet or family-style meals and on-site service, as well as beer and wine bar catering.  We offer event coordination services as well, and can help with rental orders, venue arrangements, and set-up/clean-up details.  Check out our sample wedding/private event catering menu here.  Give us a call at 802-586-2440 to start the conversation!

1 quiche serves 8 people

Buttery pie crust filled with eggs, cream, cheeses and veggies and/or meat.


Each casserole serves 8-12 people.

Choice of: Local Beef Lasagna, Veggie Lasagna, Classic Mac ‘n Cheese, Shepard’s Pie, Chicken and Biscuits, Baked Ziti (Vegetarian or Meat), Coconut Curry with Rice (Vegetarian or Meat)

 Green Salads

Vermont Toss: Mixed Greens, green apple, bacon, red onion and blue cheese. Served with Maple Balsamic dressing.

Mediterranean: Mixed Greens, kalamata olives, tomato, red onion, roasted red pepper, cucumbers, feta, sunflower seeds. Served with Mediterranean dressing.

Seasonal Green: A medley of local, seasonal greens and veggies. Served with Maple Balsamic or Mediterranean dressing.

Deli Salads

     The Genny (Gluten-Free and Vegan): Kale, red onion, nuts, and carrot, with a gluten-free soy dressing
     Lemon-Ginger: Kale, red onion, almonds, dried cranberries and a zesty honey-lemon-ginger dressing

Peanut Noodles:  Wheat noodles and colorful mix of veggies and herbs tossed in a zesty peanut sauce

Local Potato SaladPotatoes, red onion, capers, and scallion, tossed in a buttermilk-herb dressing

Pasta Salad
     Greek: Penne pasta with olives, sundried tomatoes, spinach, red onion and feta
     Pesto: Penne pasta tossed in flavorful basil pesto, with sundried tomato, sunflower seeds, parm, parsley, and fresh lemon

     Moroccan: Quinoa with veggies, dried fruits and nuts in an sweet lemony cumin dressing
     Southwest: Quinoa with veggies, black beans and cilantro in a zesty dressing

    Mediterranean: Quinoa tossed with sundried tomato, cucumber, sunflower seeds, parsley, fresh basil, capers, lemon and olive oil

Seasonal Slaw  Crisp cabbage tossed with seasonal vegetables and chef’s choice dressing

Chicken Salad
     Regular: Tender pulled chicken with celery, red onion, craisins, almonds, and parsley tossed in a mayo and wholegrain dijon dressing
     Curry: Same as regular chicken salad with the addition of curry powder
