Bringing back a favorite!  Tender chicken thigh, marinated in spiced yogurt and simmered in a luscious tomato masala.  Served over aromatic basmati rice, with 2 styles of chutney:  tamarind-date and fresh cilantro-mint.  For the vegetarians we will have Chana Masala, a similar dish made with chickpeas.
