Local ground pork and silken Vermont Tofu swim in a flavorful sauce of chili, Sichuan peppercorn and housemade bean paste. Served over fresh Chinese noodles and topped with green onions. Vegetarian version comes without pork. Spicy, but adapted to suit most palates.
